We deployed an amusement equipment scanning code query system for Golden Boy Land, using independent QR codes to create identity labels for each piece of amusement equipment. Each piece of equipment is associated with an all-link digital file that includes production information, maintenance history, inspection reports, etc:
① Digitization of equipment ledger: All information is entered into the "cloud equipment archive" in real time, and through code scanning query, any personnel on site can obtain updated data with one click, realizing the full life cycle management of equipment.
② O&M process automation: repair, inspection, maintenance and other processes are synchronized on-line, field engineers can quickly fill in the scan code; managers can view the progress online at any time, the nodes have message alerts, greatly reducing response time.
③ Transparent information disclosure: end-users (e.g., parents) can directly browse key information such as safety certificates of compliance and maintenance status of the equipment after scanning the code, thus enhancing the users' sense of security from the source. The overall project took 1 week to go online, supported by 2 weeks of on-site and online training, and quickly covered its main business areas.
